The rules we all agree to.

Archefy (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the company behind archefy.com and the Archefy app. We help you gather your photos in one place and turn them into printed products such as photo books, canvas prints, and custom gifts.

You need an account to design and order products. Keep your password safe and let us know straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for the activity on your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Archefy. If you are under 18, you may only place orders with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You keep ownership of every photo and design you upload. By using Archefy you grant us a limited, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, print, and deliver your content for the sole purpose of providing the Service, including producing the products you order.

You are responsible for the photos and content you upload. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you do not have permission to use. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You are responsible for the people you invite to a shared archive and for the content added by others to archives you create. Anyone you invite can view, contribute, and download from that archive until you remove them or the archive is deleted.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. We may correct pricing or product errors before producing your order. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message.

Payment is processed by our payment partners. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the full price of the order, including any shipping charges and taxes, when your order is placed.

Each product is made to order by our production partners in the United States and shipped through our shipping partners to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are best-effort, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.

You may cancel an order any time before it enters production. Once production has started we are usually no longer able to cancel.

Because every product is custom-made from your own design, returns are accepted only when the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered. Contact us within seven (7) days of delivery with photos so we can put it right.

The Archefy name, logo, templates, designs, software, and original copy are owned by Archefy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific result will be achieved through its use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You may stop using Archefy at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the Service and its users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Archefy is established, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of the state or country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
