Account information. When you create an account we collect details such as your name, email address or phone number, and a password.

Content you create. Archefy is built around your photos, so we store the photos, designs, and artifacts you make so that you can edit, preview, and order them.

Order and delivery information. When you place an order we collect your delivery address and the details needed to fulfil it. Payment is handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card or wallet credentials.

Usage information. We collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, and how you interact with Archefy, so we can keep the service reliable and improve it.

We use your information to provide Archefy: letting you design artifacts, place orders, and track delivery; to produce and deliver your orders; to improve the service and build new products and designs; and to contact you about your account, your orders, and important service updates.

Your photos and designs belong to you. We use them only to provide Archefy: to display them in the editor, generate previews, and produce the products you order.

We do not sell your photos and we do not use them for advertising. Photos added to a shared archive are visible to the people you invite to that archive.

We share information only as needed to run Archefy: with the delivery partners who bring your order to you, and with the payment providers who process your payment.

We may also share information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users. We do not sell your personal information.

Archefy uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and its content; some information may be retained where required for legal or accounting reasons.

You can access, correct, or delete your personal information, and object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to address any issues promptly.

Archefy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
